Thursday Activities

Engaging in enjoyable and appropriate activities is vital for our wellbeing. These activities can improve our physical, mental and spiritual health, reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance our quality of life.

We meet in Erskine Church hall each Thursday from 2pm to enjoy one another’s company and various activities with a cup of tea or coffee.
